In the 30+ years I've owned the "Red Menace" I've rebuilt or replaced almost everything at least once. From newest to oldest: Door weather stripping, power steering pump and lines, door locks, brake master cylinder, seat reupholstered (seat springs rebuilt, new foam, original type seat cover), heater core, Cooper Cobra P245/60R15 tires, front upper and lower rubber bushings, ball joints, tie rods, alignment, steering box, also rear bushings, battery, water pump, electronic distributor, starter, fan clutch, radiator, brake booster, fuel pump, motor mounts, Flowmaster exhaust, rebuilt original Rochester carburetor (also have a spare), coil, rear air shocks, transmission rebuilt, ignition switch, KYB front shocks, gas tank, front 454 springs, u-joints, axles, GM crate motor, alternator, steel inner fenders. The 12 bolt rear end has never needed attention. The condenser for the AC needs replacing. She is a runner, the GM motor has never given one moment of grief, and she is not too hard to look at either. Wheels are originally for a 1970 Z28. The original color is Cranberry Red. The color presently is within a couple of shades of it and in great shape. I am selling because I haven't driven more than 150 miles in four years. I've always changed the oil/filter every 3000 miles. The body is rust free. Floor pans look OK from below.More info. Mark - [email protected]
