In the 30+ years I've owned the "Red Menace I've rebuilt or replaced almost everything at least once. From newest to oldest: Door locks, seat reupholstered, (springs rebuilt, new foam, original type seat cover), heater core, Cooper Cobra P245/60R15 tires, front upper and lower bushings, ball joints, tie rods, alignment, rear bushings, battery, water pump, electronic distributor, starter, fan clutch, radiator, brake booster, fuel pump, motor mounts, Flowmaster exhaust, rebuilt original carburetor, (have a spare), coil, rear air shocks, brake master cylinder, transmission rebuilt, KYB front shocks, gas tank, front 454 springs, u-joints, axles, GM crate motor, alternator.She is a runner. The GM motor has never given a moment of grief, and she is not too hard to look at either. Original red. Changed oil/filter every 3000 miles. The body has minimal rust at the back window. Floor pans look OK from underneath. Wheels are 1970 Z28.12 bolt rear end has never need attention. The AC condenser need replacing.
