1996 MARK MCGWIRE SUPERSTAR COLLECTOR PLAQUE
Issue by the Fairfield Company in 1996, the plaque is part of a limited-issue collection celebrating the various records broken by Mark McGwire. This marble-like plaque celebrates home run #62, and contains the actual photo of the 9/8/88 home run hit.
The plaque is very solid (and heavy). The photo is approx. 3x5" and the plaque measures approx. 6x8”. The name plate reads “Mark McGwire, September 8, 1988, St.
Louis.' The lower right corner of the photo reads Mark 62 McGwire. The photo card is removable. Minor wear on plastic container but the plaque in mint condition. Plaque is ready to hand.
