    Description

    Great looking Victorian antique black paper mache snuff box with lustrous mother of pearl and fine silver wire inlay.  There is an elongated inlay star in center of lid with more inlay around edge of lid.  Box is 4" x 2-1/2" and just under 1" high.  There is cracking, perhaps even a very old repair along back side below the hinge, does not affect.  Other normal signs of age, nothing at all significant or that detracts.
