The boat was just detailed, acid washed, buffed and waxed which we did every single year we owned the boat. The boat comes with a bunch of life vests, mooring lines, some bumpers and a few other odd and ends. The board has typical scratches and marks on the exterior for a boat of this age. No accidents ever.  We used the trailer twice a year to take the boat out of the water and over to the mechanic for maintenance. The tires should be replaced if you plan on using the trailer often but the tires are fine if you are going to use it the way we did with just short trips around town.
I had this winterized in Oct of last year and have not taken it out since. It is ready to go however. I will allow water test rides but only after we have agreed upon a price for the boat. I will not be dropping this into the water for everyone that wants to test drive it. We must agree on a price prior to a test drive. You are welcome to see the boat in person obviously but the test drives will require an agreement in place. You are welcome to have a mechanic take a look at the boat as well.
