    Description

    This early-to-mid 1950s 315 is just like the Acro TO-310 (which is itself similar to the TO300) but with the addition of two higher impedance output options. Cloth-covered leads, tapped for five different output impedances: 4, 8, 16, 125, and 500 ohms. Primary impedance is nominally 8k ohms. The wiring hookup color codes follow the 300 series Acro conventions. (you might have to look closely at the frayed ends to perceive the cloth color!)

    lots of project amplifier options with a 315 - combos of 6V6 types are the most common. The specs say 20W @ 30-20kHz with no distortion and +/- 1 dB response, but even that is conservatively rated.
