    Description

    You are bidding on an AmerTran type 152 audio output transformer.  It is good, measuring 430 ohms on the side marked Speaker, and about 800 ohms with a centertap on the other side.  It is in the type of interstage audio transformers of the 1920's battery set era, and may just be a variation of one of those with a centertap for the last output stage, designed for a 1000 ohm speaker.  I've been advised that this is designed for a pair of 210 tubes to the high impedance speaker.  It has an aluminum case with some signs of oxidation.  It measures  roughly 2 3/4 by 2 1/4 inches in cross section, not counting the terminals, and 2 1/2 inches tall.
