    Description

    This is a heavy brass hinged snuff box in excellent condition for its age.  There are minor issues along the edges when opened -- a couple of places where the brass has chipped off -- and one section of the hinge is not attached.  However, the hinge works fine and the lid closes snugly.  There are incise designs to the piece and the lid is raised in the center. Measurements are:  6" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4".
