For your consideration is this gorgeous rustic looking,
large, antique, bull's horn black powder horn flask
.  This partially completed powder horn flask will need a little more work done in order to complete it if the new owner intends to use the piece in the field as a black powder horn.  The powder horn is old and has been in my family's possession for many years.  Note, I currently have this large powder horn and a second smaller version black powder horn listed for your consideration.
The horn retains its iconic and classic appearance and measures approximately 13.0" across when measured from its end point to the large opening at the base.  The horn's base (where the large opened end is) measures approximately 3.25" across and 2-14/16" high.  The horn's tip end, where the gun powder would be poured from the horn's opening, measures approximately .75" high x 1.0" wide.  The inner hole appears to be approximately .25" in diameter.

verall, this antique bull's horn black powder horn flask is in very good condition and remains to be a solid good looking piece.  I see no deterioration, dry rot and/or any significant signs of chipping, cracking or damage.  The horn flask looks great either as a display piece as is or it can be finished for field use as a black powder horn as it had originally been intended.  Please refer to the description photos to confirm the current condition of the powder horn and for more details about what I described.
This nearly completed beautiful antique bull black powder horn flask specimen will certainly compliment any pioneer, Americana and/or black powder memorabilia collection.  I believe; if the new owner possessed the proper skills to do so, this horn can still be easily crafted into the black powder horn it was originally intended to be.  Regardless, the partially completed rustic powder horn will make a stunning and beautiful display among your collection
