Description

This is a black powder pistol holster. It is made from 9 ounce heavy duty steer hide. This nice holster will accommodate most any "TRADITIONAL" style flintlock or percussion style pistols. It will also take most traditional style cap and ball revolvers, but not those clunky huge black powder pistols with target sights. The bottom of the holster is open so it will accept long barrels. I made this nice holster using solid brass rivets for strength. On the reverse side is a heavy duty leather belt loop riveted on the holster. LEFT OR RIGHT HAND AVAILABLE.This no floppy soft holster. It is stiff, and will last a life time. If you wet the leather, oil your pistol, and set it aside to dry, it will form fit to your gun.
