Description
This is a handmade flintlock priming tool made from willow wood. The priming tool is 3" long a bit over 3/4" wide. This will hold around 40 grains of 4F black powder or pyrodex to prime flintlock rifles or pistols. The front spout is made from a .17 brass shell and a hand carved wooden plug fastened by a leather lanyard. The 4F powder loading port is 3/4" wide and sealed with a removable threaded wooden plug. The front has a black drawing of a beaver with a mountain scene background, the reverse side has a double long spring steel trap. A beaded leather lanyard 8" long, is attached and can be tied to belt or possible bag. This is a functional powder holding tool, to be used, but will look good for reenactments, a trade item at primitive shoots or rendezvous. These small priming flasks are not mass produced but done one at a time by hand.Method of payment is Paypal. Buyers in the USA, pay fixed shipping of .50.
