Buckingham Utility Lineman Climbing Belt Size "M" Stamped on it and Pole Spurs Size 26" with Two Rope Accessories.
I purchased these items in a larger lot at an estate sale. I don't know a lot about them but they appear to be in good condition for their age. They look exactly as shown in photos. The pole spurs seem to be in new condition or less used than the belt. See pictures for more detail. Sale includes only items pictured. Thanks.
