These things are so useful everybody should carry one in their wallet.  It's the precise size and thinner than a credit card and gives up to 3x magnification.  Great for reading.  The lens design and the light plastic allow you hold it closer to your eye and its more natural to use than a standard magnifying "glass".
For the outdoor types it can be used on a sunny day to start a fire.  Because it is so small, flexible, and light weight it is perfect to stash one in every daypack, overnighter, and B.O.B.  Its also useful for pulling splinters.
The proceeds of the sale (about 80 cents) go to the two guys with the big eyes.
