This gently used GBC C800 Pro  (formerly the Ibico EPK-21) Electric Plastic CombBinding Machine sets the industry standard for electric comb binding machines. This all metal plastic comb binding machine is extremely well built and is meant to stand the test of time (many EPK-21 binding machines have been in use for decades without problems). The GBC 800 Pro includes a heavyduty foot pedal operated comb binding punch without manual plastic comb opener.  It is fully compatible with all of the plastic combs, GBC ZipBind spines and binding covers carried at most binding supply stores.
