    You are bidding on : Flipper portable CCTV with stand , to aid reading and writing for People with Visual Disabilities.
    It is in good working order.This machine comes fully checked and serviced by Visual Aids Electronics - an authorized service center for several CCTV Manufacturers, with over 26 years of experience in the Low Vision Field.
    The Flipper combines the flipper portable camera to pick up the material and  LCD TV/monitor to see the material. The stand you can use at the desk. It  has color video mode,  black-on-white (positive) modes and white-on-black (negative) mode. The unit has autofocus and camera has read-write position and distance observation viewing position. The magnification is 3.6X to 11.9X. The unit can be connected to the any TV, by using RCA cable and VIDEO output connector at the back of the monitor assembly. Monitor is available per request.
    Excellent for school, college students and elder people with vision problems .
