    Up for sale here is this NOS vintage plate to voicecoil transformer, made by Thordarson.  It is marked 27S03 and TF1RX13AJ002, which is the US military ID number.  This is the same as the UTC W-788.
    I found an old catalog online and it gives specs as:

    Primary ohms 7600/4800
    Pri ma DC: 40 Unbal

    This has moderate wear, and is guaranteed to work.
