Treso Nipples for Ruger Old Army Thread size is 12 x 28, part number 11-50-126 6 pc set.
Treso nipples are made from Amco, a tough alloy with a tensil
strength of 118,000 psi, which is tougher then most steels used in muzzleloading barrels. This material provides more resistance to repeated blows from the hammer.
All Treso nipples have a base hole of .028 to greatly reduce the amount of escaping powder gases.
FYI, these require a standard revolver nipple wrench. The original Ruger hex wrench will not work for these nipples. Also these will only work on Ruger Old army revolvers, even though others may have the same thread size.
