TUBE AMP plate transformer, manufactured by
TRIAD
. 1440V-0V-1440V (2880VCT) AC RMS secondary output when loaded at full rated output current. After voltage drops from rectifier and choke, can easily supply 1200VDC for high power tube output stages such as the 811 and 833A triodes. Dual primary windings are paralleled for US 110-120VAC operation or series'd for international 220-240VAC operation. Connection diagram is clearly printed on the front face of the transformer. *Matching filter choke to this transformer is also available and is listed on eBay, click “See other items”. Physically & electrically good condition; some light surface rust in a few places (cosmetic only, would not affect normal operation). Load tested for 100% operation of all windings. Good as a replacement or for new home-brew designs. Measures 5-1/4" x 4-1/2" x  5-1/2" (L x W x H as seen w/ the wires coming out through bottom), weight 14 lbs. Mounting holes on 3-1/2" & 3-5/8" centers. Output configuration common to most high-end tube type home audio or sound stage amplifiers. Lead color-coding listed below:
