    Description

    An old flash delay by General Radio Corp. Model 1531-P2. Shows some light soiling and wear. Sold AS IS, functionality unknown, appears to of had good care. Comes with the cord and plug and strap, as  shown. In a leather case, which shows some light soiling/wear. Some old masking tape on case as shown.
