This is the rarest western electric transformer I have ever seen I can’t find nothing on the Internet in regards to the style so therefore it must be very old and very rare it does have surface rust but that’s all surface rust it is it is not rusted through only on the outside surface which can be sanded down and repainted and no one would ever know you’re buying something very very rare I’ve been on the phone business for years I have never seen another one there are no dents no brakes only minor surface Rust
