Yvan Cornouyer 3D plaque Canadiens 1972-73 NHL orig vtg rare issue tough oddball

Greetings and welcome to another of our unique hockey auctions, featured here is a is a rare tough issue of a 1972 - 1973 time era 3D plastic frame of Yvan Cornouyer of the Montreal Canadiens. The scanned item in the first scan is what the winning bidder will receive. It also has a 3D effect, as Yvan's head and shoulders are raised up and not flat, there is damage on one of the corners as shown in the scan. Some of the scans could be better, so if you'd like to see anything else, please advise. These plaques were also made for other NHL players including Phil Esposito and Brad Park. Also, the material used to make these plaques seems to be plastic micro fiber press mold creation. These are one of kind items to me and the eventual winners. Each plaque measures approximately 9" by 7". If you look at any hockey magazine in the early to mid 1970’s, there are always ads for hockey collectibles. Some of the things you could have bought include key chains, pennants, puzzles, posters, buttons and even hats and jerseys. All pretty common memorabilia by today’s standards.
