Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the early 1950's rerelease of Marc Allegret's musical romance,
Zou-Zou
. This French film starred John Gabin and Josephine Baker. Baker became the first black woman to star in a major motion picture. This poster is from the movie's 1st re-release in Belgium. The original release poster from 1934 features much different artwork. The artwork on this poster is magnificent. The colors on this poster are still very vibrant after nearly 70 years. This poster is in excellent condition for its age and it is
not
a reproduction.  You're not likely to find a more pristine example of this poster anywhere else. Another copy of this poster recently sold for over ,000 at Heritage Auctions.
